You have a misalignment problem.
> The wrong companies enter the pipeline.
> They like the vision.
> They see potential.
But your offer does not fully connect to their operational reality or business case. So nothing moves. This gets mistaken for weak execution:
> Low conversion.
> Long sales cycles.
> Unpredictable revenue.
But better sales execution only amplifies systems that already work. You do not win by doing more. You win by creating a reason to buy that aligns:
+ ICP
+ Value proposition
+ Product reality
+ Economic outcome
Most pipelines are full of interest. Very few contain real buying intent.
And there is a major difference between:
“This is interesting.”
and
“We need to solve this now.”
So teams keep pushing deals forward that were never commercially real to begin with.
> More calls.
> More follow-ups.
> More pitch refinement.
But the gap is not communication.
The gap is alignment.
Until ICP, delivery, and business case lock together - pipeline volume means very little.
